Mr. Barnet serves as Financial Advisor to technology-oriented growth companies, principally in Silicon Valley.  He is an accredited member of the American Society of Appraisers.  Mr. Barnet has served as Operational Controller for Fairchild Semiconductor, Group Finanacial Vice President for Teledyne, Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Signetics Corp. and Executive Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Trimble Navigation.  He also served as Chief Financial Officer for emerging growth companies, two of which he served as CFO through the Initial Public Offering.

John works with SiVal on business valuation of technology companies and financial advisory services.

Mr. Barnet holds a BS from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia University.
